The idea for Städar developed from a word and a philosophy. Städar means ‘clean and tidy’ in Swedish, and in all we do we want to emulate the high standards and attention to detail of our Scandinavian neighbours.

We take the time to get to know your business and your workspace, meaning we know exactly what needs doing, when, and how it will take. Our detailed scheduling gives us the precision to charge by the minute, not the hour.
Online check-in system
We use technology to track our cleaning schedules. Our cleaners check in and out of your location using a bar code, so you can see what they do and when we do it. Our ‘Client Portal’ allows you to instantly check our progress, giving you complete control at the touch of a button. If for any reason your cleaner is held up, we will be notified immediately and able to send a replacement without delay.
We understand that different environments require different cleaning solutions. All staff are specifically trained to your workspace, meaning greater efficiency, tailored schedules and, above all, superior cleaning.
‘We never use the same mop twice’
Every mop, cloth and sponge is colour coded which means it will only be used in designated areas of your premises, and laundered immediately after one use. By having these unique systems in place, Städar ensures your equipment is not just visually clean, but hygienically clean.
We recognise your need for flexibility and as such we will not tie you into any contracts. We work on a month-by-month basis to meet your cleaning goals as they change and develop.
